How many earbud pairs are included, and how do I pair them?

The set includes one charging case and two independent pairs: GT630S open-ear clip-ons and GTM06 mini in-ear earbuds. Select the matching name in your device settings.

How long do the earbuds last on one charge?

GT630S clip-on earbuds last 3?4 hours per charge, and GTM06 mini earbuds last about 3 hours. The case can recharge the earbuds 6?8 times and extend total playtime to up to 30 hours. Results vary by volume, signal and temperature.

Why are the voice prompts in Chinese, and how can I change them?

The earbuds support Chinese and English voice prompts and are set to Chinese by default. Remove them from the case, wear them, then quickly tap the touch area 4 times. When you hear “ENGLISH,” the switch is complete.

How can the charging case provide emergency power to my phone?

The case can provide limited emergency power. Use a USB-A charging cable compatible with your phone and connect it to the case’s USB-A output. Do not use the USB-C input. The included cable only charges the case. It is not a power bank.

What should I do if I have a problem with the earbuds?

Please review the included manual first. If the issue continues, use the support options available in your Amazon order. Assistance is available to help diagnose the problem and find an appropriate solution.
